Sutco Polska participates in strategic discussions on economic change in Silesia

On Friday 17 April, Sutco Polska, in collaboration with the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), welcomed 23 journalists from Germany and Poland representing leading editorial offices and media outlets. The meeting took place as part of a series of workshops for journalists, focusing on the topic of "The Transformation of Silesia".

The programme for the visit included both a panel discussion and a practical introduction to our company’s operations. During the meeting, participants discussed Silesia’s industrial traditions and its economic changes. Questions regarding the differences between the Polish and German markets, as well as the factors influencing investors’ decisions, were also addressed.

An important part of the visit was a tour of our production facility. The journalists had the opportunity to see for themselves how Sutco Polska operates in practice – from production processes and work organisation to the technological solutions used in the waste processing plants we offer. The participants also gained an insight into the structure and operations of the entire Sutco Group, which gave them a better understanding of our approach to management, development and international cooperation.

Our close ties to our German parent company, Sutco RecyclingTechnik, which has been active in the global waste management market for more than four decades, aroused great interest. The constructive cooperation between Sutco Polska and Sutco RecyclingTechnik, the synergy of expertise, the transfer of know-how and the exchange of experience are what constitute our success and our strength.

The journalists’ visit was an excellent opportunity for us to present Sutco Polska not only as an active participant in the transformation of Silesia, but also as a company helping to shape its future. At the same time, it provided an opportunity to highlight the importance of international cooperation in the context of technological development, solutions and the region itself.

We are pleased to have been part of this dialogue and, together with our partners and media representatives, to have been able to showcase the image of modern Silesia – a place that successfully combines its industrial heritage with modernity and a forward-looking approach.
