35 years in business is, above all, about the people who have shaped and developed the company over the decades. The anniversary was therefore not only an opportunity to reflect on Sutco Polska journey so far, but also a time for memories, conversations and looking ahead to the future. Celebrating together allowed everyone to take a break from their daily responsibilities and highlighted the important role the entire team has played in the company’s history and success.
The anniversary picnic offered plenty of opportunities to connect, have fun and celebrate as a team, with a variety of team-building activities, games and competitions. Of course, no anniversary would be complete without a special cake and a few words of our CEO, Michael Ludden. In his speech, he thanked all employees for their commitment, professionalism and contribution to Sutco Polska’s success over the past 35 years.
A special highlight of the celebration was the Sutco Polska Oscar Awards Gala, where commemorative statuettes were presented to employees in recognition of their outstanding dedication and long-term contribution to the company.
