The contract covers the comprehensive implementation of the project as a ‘turnkey’ solution. Sutco Polska is responsible for the technological aspect of the project – from the concept through to the full commissioning of the plant. Sutco’s scope of work includes the development of the technological concept, the manufacture of the necessary components, delivery, installation, commissioning of the plant—including the integration of third-party equipment—as well as staff training and the provision of after-sales service.
The sorting plant implemented for Jihosepar will be equipped with modern technological solutions that enable effective and precise waste processing. The key components of the plant include, amongst others, a trommel screen, an optical separator, a separator for ferrous metals, a separator for non-ferrous metals, conveyor belts and sorting cabins. A system configured in this way enables the optimisation of sorting processes and an increase in the overall plant’s performance.
The project is further proof of the growing confidence of foreign partners in Sutco Polska’s expertise in the design and implementation of advanced sorting systems. The award of a second contract in the Czech Republic (the first plant was a sorting plant for OZO Ostrava) confirms the effectiveness of the company’s activities to date in this market and consolidates its position as a reliable provider of comprehensive technological solutions in the field of waste recycling.
