TOGETHER, WE ARE BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS: SUTCO POLSKA SUPPORTS THE HOUSE OF GUARDIAN ANGELS

A new lift has been installed at the House of Guardian Angels in Katowice, making the facility more accessible to people with mobility impairments. Sutco Polska was among the donors who helped make this important project possible.

Facility without barriers
Until now, reaching the House of Guardian Angels in Katowice’s Załęże district meant climbing steep stairs — a significant barrier for people with mobility impairments. The new lift has changed this. It provides convenient, step-free access to the building and makes it easier for everyone to use the facility.

The project was made possible thanks to the commitment and support of several donors, including Sutco Polska, which provided financial assistance for the initiative. Sutco Polska´s involvement in the project has helped to make the facility more accessible and ensured that more people can benefit from the services and support provided there.

A place that helps children and families
The House of Guardian Angels has been supporting children, teens and families facing difficult circumstances for many years. The organisation carries out educational, developmental and preventative activities, creating a safe environment where childern and young people can learn, grow and build relationships.

One of the places where such a help is provided, is Załęże in Katowice. Here and every day, children and young people can rely on dedicated educators, receive help with their studies, find the opportunity to develop their interests, and the chance to take part in a wide range of activities. The organisation also provides support to entire families, helping them overcome everyday challenge and build a better future.

The installation of the new lift means that this space, whose primary purpose is to help others, becomes even more open and accessible to everyone.
